Support conditions for remote incident support
In order to obtain remote incident support from Remedy IT it is necessary to sign a support contract which you can download from our website. Only the hours used for the issues you report will be monthly invoiced.
The following conditions will apply to the remote incident support contract:

this support contract will only be used for remote incident support with a maximum of 40 hours per month

if the contract is made out for 10 hours per month or more, the hours will not be cumulative

the support will be done on a best effort base

price/hour EUR 85,00 excl. VAT, subject to annual changes

payment terms: within 30 days by wire transfer
